Are separate African nations capable of having one POSITION in world affairs, or only a united African nation can present African stand to global matters?

Is it possible to get answers to these great questions?

I know of nothing to guide me in getting answers to these questions other than HISTORY. History has proven that to a large extent, the separate African countries are INCAPABLE of fulfilling these demands, and hence the ONLY source of salvation lies in a UNITED AFRICAN NATION. For a long time, we have seen what has befallen us due to our failure to unite. Let's be WARNED that those who ignore history as the best teacher are always doomed to SELF-DESTRUCTION. We have a choice now to choose how POSTERITY will judge us, whether we CONDEMN ourselves to SELF-DESTRUCTION or to SELF-IMPROVEMENT as Africans.
